Championship Action
Thomas Casey vs Jose Viera — ISKA Muay Thai Lightweight Irish Title
One of the night's standout contests saw Thomas Casey of Dublin Thai challenge Jose Viera of Vieira Martial Arts for the ISKA Muay Thai Lightweight Irish Title at 61kg.
Viera entered the contest with his typically aggressive approach, looking to take the initiative and put pressure on Casey. Casey, however, responded with excellent movement and sharp boxing, finding opportunities to land cleanly while managing the distance.
Both fighters had their moments throughout the contest, with Viera continuing to press forward and Casey demonstrating composure under pressure. As the fight progressed, Casey appeared increasingly comfortable implementing his game plan, using his movement and boxing to control the exchanges.
It was an impressive performance from Casey, who earned the decision victory and left Cork with the ISKA Muay Thai Lightweight Irish Title.
Lloyd Fitzgerald vs Adam McEvoy — Pro-Am, 69kg
The Pro-Am action continued at 69kg as Lloyd Fitzgerald of Samson faced Adam McEvoy of Eastside.
McEvoy secured the decision victory, taking the win after a competitive contest between the two fighters.
International A-Class Action
Liam Devaney vs Eugene Lawrence — 83kg
Liam Devaney of Thurles Martial Arts faced Eugene Lawrence of Assassins, UK, in an international A-class contest at 83kg.

Lee Walton vs Lee Mackay — 67kg
At 67kg, Lee Walton of Dublin Thai took on Lee Mackay of OBS Glasgow in another international A-class matchup.
Mackay secured the victory by referee stoppage in the second round following a series of counts against Walton.
Walton protested the stoppage and was keen to continue, demonstrating his determination to remain in the contest. However, the referee deemed it necessary to intervene and bring the fight to an end.
While the decision was clearly frustrating for Walton, the referee's responsibility is to prioritise fighter safety, and Mackay was awarded the stoppage victory.
WBC Muay Thai Siam Warriors Title — 66.7kg
The evening concluded with an international main event as Eric Hehir of Courage Muay Thai faced Jake Peacock of Dunamis, Canada, for the WBC Muay Thai Siam Warriors Title at 66.7kg.
The contest began at a fast pace, with both fighters exchanging kicks from the opening moments. An early exchange saw Hehir take a count, but he immediately looked to move forward and recover the lost ground.
As the action continued, Peacock landed a kick that struck Hehir's arm and caused a serious injury. The referee stopped the contest in the opening round, bringing the main event to an unfortunate early conclusion.
The result saw Peacock crowned the inaugural WBC Muay Thai Siam Warriors champion.
While the finish was not the outcome either fighter would have wanted, congratulations are due to Peacock on the title victory. We also wish Hehir a full and speedy recovery following the injury.
Another Strong Night for Siam Warriors
Siam Warriors Superfights once again delivered a well-presented evening of Muay Thai in Cork, with competitive matchups across the card and strong performances from both Irish and international fighters.
Thomas Casey's victory to claim the ISKA Muay Thai Lightweight Irish Title was one of the night's standout results, while the international A-class contests provided further high-level action. Peacock's main-event victory brought the evening to a close, albeit in unfortunate circumstances for Hehir.
Credit goes to Martin Horgan and the Siam Warriors team for putting together another busy card and providing a platform for fighters at different stages of their careers.
From the amateur contests through to the championship bouts, the event offered a reminder of the depth of competition across the Irish Muay Thai scene and the continued presence of international talent on Irish cards.
